Any condition
Sell your Jacksonville house as-is, without the repairs
Roof, foundation, old systems or years of deferred upkeep? You may not need to fix a thing before you sell. Tell us about your house and let's talk.
A lot of houses in Jacksonville and Duval County need more work than their owners can take on. Maybe the roof is near the end of its life, there's water damage, the AC is failing, or the house just hasn't been updated in decades. Getting it ready to list can mean contractors, permits and upfront costs. Renovate & Elevate Property Solutions LLC may be able to buy your house in its current condition, so those repairs become our project instead of yours.
Houses we're happy to look at
- Houses with roof, plumbing, electrical or foundation issues
- Water, storm or fire damage
- Outdated kitchens, baths and systems
- Houses full of belongings you don't want to sort through
- Vacant houses that have been sitting for a while
- Rentals left in rough shape by past tenants
You don't need to clean, paint or stage anything for us to take a look.
Is selling as-is right for you?
Selling as-is trades some price for convenience. A buyer who takes on repairs will factor that work into what they can pay. If you have the time, money and energy to fix the house up first, listing it with a licensed real estate agent after repairs may bring a higher price. If you'd rather skip the repairs, the contractors and the waiting, a direct as-is sale may be worth considering. We'll talk through both sides honestly.
How it works
- Tell us about your house using our short form, including the repairs you know about.
- We'll reach out to learn more and, if it makes sense, arrange a time to see the property.
- You decide. If there's a fit, we'll explain any offer and next steps clearly and in writing. No obligation.
Every house and every situation is different, so we can't quote a price or a timeline until we know more. We'll never pressure you, and you're always free to get other opinions.
